1. Eligibility Timeframe
All return and exchange requests must be submitted within 15 calendar days of the order delivery date. Requests received after this period will not be accepted.
2. Return & Exchange Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must meet all of the following requirements:
- The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and free of stains, damage, or contamination;
- All original tags, labels, and hygienic seals are fully intact and unremoved;
- The item is returned in its original, undamaged retail packaging.

3. Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and legal reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer;

- Final sale, clearance, or personalized items;
- Requests submitted beyond the 30-day delivery window.
4. Shipping Cost Responsibility
- Quality & Order Errors: If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover all standard return shipping costs. We will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse your verified shipping fees after issue confirmation.
- Non-Quality Returns: For returns due to change of mind, wrong size selection, or other non-quality reasons, you are fully responsible for return shipping costs, cross-border customs duties, and related fees.
5. Simple Return Process
